Sloppy (foamy) and hard to see on my screen but it looks like he gets it straight as it goes over the top and angles more as he drops flat - almost cartwheeling out of it but saving it.
I think it's good enough..

Borderline. I would not give it, using the ICF move definitions.
Even though I am a big proponent of air is air, no matter how little there may be, this does not appear to be an aerial maneuver, which the ICF definitions require at this time....
