Helix/Felix: A 360 degree spin with at least 180 degrees of which must be performed inverted at 135 degrees or more, ending in an upright front surf. The boat does not touch the water at one point of the 180 degrees spin (Helix).

Boat fully aerial at one point, 270+ rotation, comes down on the sidewall - not the deck - that's a Helix in my book.

I would count it.

This is a 360 spin with 180 inverted and aerial. No doubt about it to me. Using the ICF rules, rather than the USA or any other country specific definitions, this helix could be counted or not. It would really depend on the judge at the time. The paddler executes this very well - snappy. I would not argue a judge that didn't see a full 360, rather a 300 degree spin because of how fast the start of the move is done.
